Who: Dogs On the Go Hearing Assistance Dog Program 

501c3 non-profit training rescues and personal pets as hearing assistance dogs for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing

What: The 2025 Dogs On the Go Science Expo

  • Curious-minded adults and teens are cordially invited to a unique and fun day of serious scientific exploration. 

  • The proceeds from this event will directly support Dogs On the Go’s training and placement of rescued hearing assistance dogs as well as provide individual coaching for people who want their pet to alert them to numerous and frequently missed sounds in their homes. 

  • This STEM event (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) will have a different theme each year it is held.

  • In 2025 the inaugural theme is Scatological Science – yes, science related to poop!

  • The day will include:

  • Hour long seminars on topics such as:

    • Human Gut Health

    • Hydroponics

    • K9 Nutrition and Gut Health

    • Vermicomposting

    • Solving the Western U.S. water shortage problem by transforming sewage into potable water.

The Expo will be from 9am to 4:30pm on Saturday, November 8th, at:

  6. Earn extra credit in your science class

  7. For all you folks suffering from Coprophobia (link to definition) engage in some informal exposure therapy and impress your therapist!
